Love the cozy flavors of fall but hate the price tag that comes with your daily Starbucks fix? You don’t have to choose between enjoying your favorite seasonal drink and sticking to your nutrition goals. Why not treat yourself to a homemade, high-protein Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte that tastes just as good—if not better—than the store-bought version?

This DIY PSL is the perfect blend of creamy, spiced goodness, with a nutritional boost that keeps you energized all day. With over 30g of protein, it’s a much healthier choice compared to the sugar-loaded options at the coffee shop. Plus, it’s super easy to make, which means you can enjoy that classic pumpkin spice flavor whenever the craving hits. 🙌

Nutrition info:

Calories: 245 33g carbs | 0g fat | 30g protein

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 3/4 cup Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Fat-Free Milk – this milk adds creaminess without extra fat

  • 3/4 cup cold brew – for that perfect coffee base

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I used Clean Simple Eats) – to give it that protein boost

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup – adds just the right amount of sweetness

  • 1/4 cup organic pumpkin – brings in the signature fall flavor and a dose of nutrients

Directions:

  1. Combine the Ingredients: In a shaker or blender, mix the milk, protein powder, syrup, and organic pumpkin until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.

  2. Add the Cold Brew: Pour the mixture over the cold brew and some ice cubes.

  3. Garnish and Enjoy: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for the ultimate fall experience.
