Who am I?

My name is Kaitlyn

Fitness has always been central to my identity, rooted in my competitive days as a cross-country and track runner.

 

However, in my 20s, I faced significant challenges with weight management due to metabolic changes and lifestyle shifts. Despite rigorous workouts, I gained over 40 pounds and struggled with persistent yo-yo dieting and extreme weight fluctuations.

 

Initially, I believed that increasing my workout intensity and severely restricting my food intake could reverse weight gain - but I was mistaken. I had underestimated the importance of proper nutrition and a well-rounded fitness plan.

 

Hiring a coach in my late 20s changed my life. I learned to balance nourishment with enjoyment, developed sustainable habits, and rediscovered my passion for strength training.

 

This experience not only helped me maintain my weight loss for good but also ignited my passion for helping women achieve similar results!

 

Now as a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping women reach their weight loss goals, balance their hormones, and cultivate healthy, sustainable habits to feel their best!
